An absolutely beautiful building in great quiet location. Room was clean and nicely decorated. Comfy bed. Fabulous selection and quality of breakfast (although a second choice of juice would be nice). Staff very welcoming.

This is a lovely hotel if you need to stay in the area. We stayed just one night as a stop off in our journey but would happily have stayed longer! Lovely big family room, very well presented and comfortable beds. The breakfast was very tasty and fresh

I've not stayed anywhere quite like it. It has character and characters! It is usually very quiet when we have been, and the reception is very welcoming and friendly. There are very few staff when it's quiet, but sufficient and effective; it's clean, quiet and friendly. It is certainly a lot better than a Premier on the main road, unless you prefer corporate blandness!
